Festival Photo Studio!
2016 marks a very special 200th anniversary for the completion of the Leeds & Liverpool canal and to mark the occasion, we have teamed up with photographer Mark Wheelwright founder of ISO Photographic to offer a fantastic new opportunity to festival visitors this year! We are on a mission to create a giant snapshot of life along the water in 2016 and invite festival visitors to pop along to our pop-up photo studio at Granary Wharf during the festival and have their portrait taken!
That's you, you and your dog, you and your kids, your friends or the one you love! Just come along and get yourself a professional snap by the water! Chose your favourite shot and download it for free at home and we'll add it to our virtual gallery to celebrate life by the water in the modern day.
Mark and his team have been out taking portraits along the water over the last month, creating a unique snap shop of life today along Leeds waterfront which will be screened in the lovely little 1920's cinema at Armley Industrial Museum throughout festival weekend.
The portrait sessions are free and everyone will have a professional shot to download to remember their special day by the water. We are operating this on a pay as you feel basis, which means you are more than welcome to have your portrait taken for FREE or pay an amount of your choice.
The pop-up photo studio will be based at Granary Wharf close to the Knitted Boat moored at Candle Bar from 12-4pm Saturday and 10-12pm Sunday.
We look forward to seeing you there and say cheese.....!
